Welcome to Harrington Watch! All watches come with a 12-month (mechanical) warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! Please contact us if you have any problems!

How to return and get a refund/replacement?

Step 1: Please contact our customer service and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.

Step 2: Our customer service team will investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.

Step 3: Both parties will reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team will provide the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package).

Step 4: Return the product (if required). When we receive the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. You will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.

1.Reasons Supporting Free Return

Wrong Item Please send pictures along with your receipt and the shipping packaging
Quality Please send pictures/videos outlining any quality concerns

2.Reasons Not Supporting Free Return

Package didn't arrive in time We will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
Don't Want/Need/Like Received the item but changed your mind, Ordered by mistake, Does not meet my expectations, or Paying high shipping cost
User Damage Any damage caused by the customer will not be covered

Note: For above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return & restock (if return is accepted).

3. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Most Credit Cards will process the return within 2-15 business days after the refund has been processed. For Afterpay, this may take up to 15 days to be refunded.
